SpringBox Holdings Pte Ltd ("SpringBox," "we," "us") is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

We only collect personal data you provide directly through this site:

Name and email address, when you request the Fractional Playbook or contact us via email
Any details you include in a scoping call request (e.g. company name, team size, preferred schedule)

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or automated tracking on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Why we collect it

Personal data submitted through this site is used only for the purpose it was given for:

Sending the requested download (the Fractional Playbook)
Responding to a scoping call or general inquiry
Marketing communications — only if you separately and explicitly opt in via the checkbox on the download form. Ticking the box to receive the Playbook does not, by itself, sign you up for anything further.

Consent is purpose-specific Requesting a resource or asking a question is not treated as consent to ongoing marketing emails. Those are separate purposes and require separate, affirmative consent.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, and delete it when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw any consent you've given (including unsubscribing from marketing communications) at any time.
